City of Claremont Sanitation Payment Portal

We are excited to launch the new online payment portal for your sanitation account. This system integrates with the City’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and allows you to do more with your account.

Beginning in October 2026, commercial and residential sanitation customers will receive their sanitation bill in the mail. The bill will include a new customer number and account number. You will need these numbers to connect your account.

All customers must create a new account in the portal to access online bill payments and account information. Signing up for the new portal is required to set up and continue ongoing automatic payments. Once you create your account, you may also set up paperless billing preferences, track your payments, review your services, and make one-time payments. The new system also makes it easier to update account information, add services, or disconnect services.

With the new system, you now have the option to pay by phone, online, or by mail
